Where will the Oracle Communications Customer Advisory Board (CAB) event be held?

CABs are held in regionally each year. Upcoming CABs are planned as follows:

Hong Kong, November 9-10, 2016
Paris, France, October 4-5, 2016
Orlando, Florida, March 23-24, 2017


Who can attend?

You can attend if you are an Oracle Communications customer whose company is licensed and utilizes Oracle products in the following product areas:

  • Billing and Revenue Management
  • Operations Support Systems, Order Management, and Service Orchestration
  • Enterprise Communications
  • Policy
  • Session Delivery and Network Applications
  • Signaling

How do I register for the CAB?

Pre-registration is required and no walk-ins will be accepted. Once registration is open, current Communications customers can register by clicking on the link at the top of the page.


Is there a fee to attend?

There is no fee to attend the meeting. However, all attendees are expected to cover their own transportation and lodging costs.


Are meals included?

All meals are included during the CAB meeting. Any incidentals, food, or beverage charged to your hotel room are not covered.


What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans do change. In the event you are unable to attend the event please follow the instructions provided in your registration confirmation.
You are responsible for contacting the hotel directly to cancel your reservations and are subject to the terms of the hotel's cancellation policy.


What is a CPCA, and do I need to have one signed to participate in the CAB?

The CPCA defines confidentiality and feedback and grants Oracle the ability to use the feedback that we receive during these activities in our future product development.

All participating companies must have a fully executed Customer Participation Confidentiality Agreement (CPCA) on file to attend the meeting. If your company does not have a current CPCA on file, you will be contacted in advance to complete the process. Only one CPCA is required per company.


What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual.


When will I receive my delegate badge?

Delegate badges will be issued onsite at the reception desk during check in.


May I invite a guest to attend a CAB event with me?

To optimize our scheduled program, events are planned specifically for our attendees. Guests of attendees are not allowed at any CAB events.


How do I access presentation slides from the CAB event?

The presentations from the CAB will be made available to all attendees 1 to 2 weeks after the event. A link and a password will be provided for attendees to access the content on our CAB website.


If needed, how do I get a visa letter?

Please contact oraclecomms_ww@oracle.com and provide your name, nationality, and passport number and date of expiration.


May I audio or video record any portion of the CAB?

Audio and video recording of any part of the CAB event is prohibited.
