Known Limitations
1. Nomination Form: Thank You Page, Pending, Declined & Approved Emails have personalization as 'Dear #first name' but Customer/Nominee Registration Thank You Page and related notifications have personalization as 'Dear #firstname #lastname'

Ops Team: We will retain as it is now in the default template but can be changed as per the requirement.
2. Customer Invitation Email: CTA text is of the font size 14px which appears in a very smaller font

Ops Team: I updated the font text to 16 in the content while I retained to 14px in the location section for now as it will move to two lines due to space restrictions; however, we have plans to change the email layout, maybe we can work on it in future.
3. Standard Nominee Reg Form - Non MyProfile: The label name changes to 'small' from '1em' on validating 'Registration passcode' form field

Ops Team: Code written for all the error class. Let's retain as it is for now.
4. Waitlisted Nominee Non MyProfile Form (Within Capacity): In the form settings, the registration status of the Nominee is default set to O_Incomplete registration

Ops Team: No action is required. Upon form completion, the status we are updating in options field, not needed here again. It will be like overriding.
5. Special Invitee Event Website page: Enter already registered customer email ID -> Click on 'request a verification code here' text link -> Verification page: The asterisk symbol (*) is positioned too far from the respective field labels

Ops Team: There is a same "td" tag used for the CTA button, we cannot edit for the just the asterisk, and the code isn't editable since its appearing from certain. Kindly ignore this for now.
6. Best Practices - Accessibility:
a) The font color used (#8C857B) for the on-screen content, including instructional text, appears too light and lacks sufficient contrast against the background. This makes it difficult to read, especially for users in low-light environments.

Ops Team: We will retain the same font color for now; however, we have plan to create a new nomination template in lightbox design.

b) Nomination Pending, Declined & Approved Emails: Footer displays thin white line below copyright statement

Ops Team: Known Issue
