Access List for New Joinees




Requesting Access for Portal

  1. Go to Global Marketing Services Portal
  2. Under Help & Resources select the Request Access & Report Issues dropdown and then select Marketing Systems Account Issue
  3. Fill in the details – Request Name should be Request for Portal access
  4. *Identify System – select Global Marketing Services Portal & Others
  5. *Functional area – Demand Marketing
  6. *Description – Copy and paste the message below and then edit and customize where necessary

Hi Team, This is [ name ], I am a new Joinee for GMSS team. I am working for the Demand Center Marketing Team under [ add malathi.kv@oracle.com for IDC or traci.delvecchio@oracle.com for Americas ]. Please provide me the Request Portal Access and the functional area is Demand Marketing. Please provide me the access same as my team member [ add satheeskumar.seenivasan@oracle.com for IDC or add jaute.loftin@oracle.com for Americas ]. Kindly do the needful. Regards, [name]

Requesting Access for Eloqua

  1. Go to Global Marketing Services Portal
  2. Under Help & Resources select the Request Access & Report Issues dropdown and then select Marketing Systems Account Issue
  3. Fill in the details - Request Name should be Request for Eloqua access
  4. *Identify System – select Eloqua
  5. Role Requested – Advanced User
  6. *Description – Copy and paste the message below and then edit and customize where necessary

Requesting Access for Certain

  1. Go to Global Marketing Services Portal
  2. Under Help & Resources select the Request Access & Report Issues dropdown and then select Marketing Systems Account Issue

  4. *Identify System – select Certain EMS
  5. Role Requested – Events Builder - For GMSS team to build events
  6. *Description – Copy and paste the message below and then edit and customize where necessary

Please provide me the Certain access to create the event pages. Requesting Access for Template Builder

  1. Go to Global Marketing Services Portal
  2. Under Help & Resources select the Request Access & Report Issues dropdown and then select Marketing Systems Account Issue
  3. Fill in the details – Request Name should be Request for Template Builder access
  4. *Identify System – select Template Builder
  5. *Description – Copy and paste the message below and then edit and customize where necessary

  2. Click on Request access (Request for Self)
  3. Search for keyword: Phone Number for Cisco Jabber Desktop & Cisco Desk Phone and Add to Cart, then click Next
  4. Justification add this: I need a phone number

For OCM Access

  1. Go to oim.oraclecorp.com
  2. Click on Request access (Request for Self)
  3. Search for keyword: os-demandcent-repository-publishers
  4. Select os-demandcent-repository-publishers below and Add to Cart, then click Next


  5. Justification: Please provide me OCM access to upload assets

Subscription Group

  1. Go to oim.oraclecorp.com
  2. Click on Request access (Request for Self)
  3. Search for keyword: gmss_demandcenter_deliverygrp_in_grp (if IDC), gmss_demandcenter_delivery_mt_grp (if North America), or gmss_demandcenter_delivery_co_grp (if LAD), Add to Cart, then click Next
  4. Justification add this: Subscribe to this group
