  • How do I request a Store account to be set-up? What information is required?
    Engage your Oracle Sales Representative with the account/property detail and buyer contact information.
  • What do I do if I forget my Store username or password?
    Contact Customer Service within the Store via phone, chat, and/or email support options available on the site’s login page. The Customer Service phone number is 1-866-201-9198.
  • Can I return an item I purchase in the Store?
    No. Returns are not allowed. Orders are non-cancellable per Oracle Order and Delivery policy.
  • Who do I ask for help if I have a problem using the Store?
    You can engage the Store User Guide as a reference. There are also Customer Service contact within the Store via phone, chat, and/or email support at top of each page. Your Sales rep can also assist if needed.
  • What happens if a contact leaves the hotel? Can they still access account information?
    Customer is responsible to notify Oracle if a buyer changes for any particular property/e.
  • How does the Store get updated if there is a change of hotel ownership?
    New Assignee account would have to be setup on Store by Oracle sales rep when applicable. Once Assignment takes place, the Assignor account would be deactivated automatically on Store.
