Biography: Sailing is in Nathan Outteridge’s blood, and he’s never far from the water, whether it be sailing, kite surfing or windsurfing.
From the age of 4, Outteridge got the bug for the sport from his parents and went on to Olympic success, winning gold in the 49er class at the London 2012 Olympic Games and the silver four years later in Rio.
During the same time, he competed with Artemis Racing at the 34th and 35th America’s Cups and more recently alongside his sister, Haylee, winning the silver medal at both the 2018 and 2020 World Championships in the Nacra 17.
He has won 19 world championship medals and mastered a number of classes, including the Moth, 49er and Nacra 17. Outteridge was part of the test team for the revolutionary new F50s, helping develop the class.

Biography: Born in Tokyo, Masanobu 'Nobu' Katori started his career as a naval architect and soon joined the Japanese America's Cup team Nippon Challenge for the 1995 edition. Developing a strength for the technical side of the sport, Katori naturally progressed to the role of navigator and technical manager for the same America's Cup team five years later.
After 2000, he continued to pursue his America's Cup dreams and was involved in three further campaigns for a number of different teams. His last America's Cup role was with the Swedish entry Artemis Racing as a data analyst - providing the important link between the sailing team and the boat performance. It was during this campaign that he met Nathan Outteridge and they developed a strong relationship and understanding, which continues to strengthen in their roles as helm and data analyst with the Japan SailGP Team.

経歴：鹿取正信（ノブ）氏は、東京都出身、造船技師としてキャリアをスタートし、1995年のアメリカズカップに日本チーム「ジャパン・チャレンジ」の一員として参加しました。 5年後、鹿取氏はその運動神経の高さが評価され、同チームのナビゲーター兼テクニカルマネージャーに就任しました。
2000年以降、アメリカズカップの夢を追い続け、異なるチームで3つのキャンペーンに参加しました。 最近のアメリカズカップでは、アルテミスレーシングのデータアナリストとして才能を発揮しました。データアナリストとはセーラーと艇のパフォーマンスをリンクさせる大変重要なポジションです。ネイサン・アウタリッジ氏とはアルテミスでのキャンペーンを通し、強い人間関係を築き、SailGP日本チームにおいてさらにこの関係を強化、チームの原動力になっています。

Biography: The youngest member of all the SailGP teams, Leo Takahashi has already risen through the ranks of match racing and made his mark in the Olympic 49er class.
Born in Atami, a seaside town in Japan, Takahashi start sailing at 9. Encouraged by his father, who was a member of the first Japanese America’s Cup Challenger, he quickly began to show talent.
Takahashi has been a member of the Japanese National Team since 2015 and following success at junior level, was part of the 2017 Youth America’s Cup, representing Japan.
In 2018, Takahashi competed at his first senior-level world championship and in February 2020, he and partner Ibuki Koizumi qualified for the Tokyo Olympics in their home country in the 49er class.

経歴：SailGPにおいて最年少メンバーである高橋レオ氏は、ユース時代から世界のマッチレースで活躍し、オリンピック49er級でも頭角を現しています。
静岡県に生まれた高橋氏は９歳でセーリングをスタート、アメリカズカップへの日本初の参戦チームのメンバーだった父親の影響を受け、またたく間に才能を開花しました。
2015年から日本代表メンバーとなり、ジュニアレベルでの成功に続き、2017年ユースアメリカズカップに日本代表で参加しました。
2018年、高橋氏は初めて世界選手権に出場し、2020年2月、パートナーの小泉伊吹氏とともに49er級で東京オリンピック出場を決めています。
