Grupo Nazan embarked on a digital transformation initiative with Oracle to create a seamless customer experience across channels. Grupo Nazan sells footwear brands Impuls, Destroyer, and Playa Mayoreo through 100 stores and wholesale channels in Mexico.

Grupo Nazan leveraged retail omnichannel technology to gain agility during the pandemic to:

  • transferring the stock to open stores
  • offering products online
  • serving customers at different times
  • offering safe and fast payment at the POS
These initiatives were crucial to guarantee margins and better serve its customers, mainly in the subscription sales business, where there was an opportunity to expand digitally and physically with the adoption of a modern retail platform.
