Jason is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the CIPP. He has been a non-executive director with the CIPP for a number of years.
He is also founder of the payroll consultancy firm, Calendar Consulting Ltd which he established in 2017.
Jason has spent the majority of his career in the BPO industry. In the last 25 years he has worked for LogicaCMG (now CGI) in UK and Europe. NGA Human Resources both in the UK and Globally, providing payroll, pensions and HR outsourced services and was Chief Operating Officer for Capita HRS Division in the UK delivering to a variety of both Public and Private sector organisations.
He is also founder of the payroll consultancy firm, Calendar Consulting Ltd which he established in 2017.

Clare has worked in the payroll, HR and Pension industry for over 30 years with experience in both private and public sector payrolls as well as a Managing a large shared service centre.
Currently Head of Compensation & Benefits for Gist Ltd an international logistics Company, Clare has also worked for Wilkinson’s, Sherwood Forest NHS Trust, Mckesson and Bupa where she was a big influence on the changing face of the payrolls.
Clare loves to learn and her qualifications include the CIPP Diploma, MSc in Payroll and Business Management, CMI management certificates, Prince 11 Project Management and more recently SWBL level 6 teaching qualification.
Working for the CIPP for the last 7 years Clare tutors on the Foundation Degree in Payroll Management as well as delivering module workshops.
Clare’s passion for payroll is evident to everyone around her and she likes to network with other payroll professionals whenever the opportunity arises.
