Sam is a procurement professional with extensive experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. He has held Senior Procurement and Strategic Sourcing roles for organisations such as Majid Al Futtaim, Abu Dhabi Municipality and Nakheel in the Middle East; MTN across Africa; and Land Securities in the UK.

An active member of the procurement fraternity in the MENA region, Sam is Regional Director of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) for the Middle East & North Africa Region.

He holds a Masters Degree in International Procurement from the University of Glamorgan (Wales)‎, MSc in Facilities Management from the University of Westminster (England) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.

He is a regular speaker at industry events and an advocate for professional standards in procurement and supply management.

Maryam Monjazi is a seasoned Senior Supply Chain professional with working experience in Europe and Middle East across various industries including FMCG, aviation, hospitality and retail. She has extensive experience in strategic procurement, tender management, planning, warehouse and stock management. She has managed several business transformation projects to implement an agile supply chain in line with company’s strategy and objectives.

Since 2012, Maryam has been based in Dubai working for major locally owned FMCG groups and is now the Director of Operations of Classic Fine Foods (part of Metro AG), a supplier of high quality products to the hospitality industry.

Prior to moving to the UAE, she was based in France and United Kingdom working in Procurement not only in operations but also as a consultant supporting major companies.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).

Natasha Schulz is the Director, Procurement and Supply for Kerzner International which is a leading developer and operator of destination resorts and ultra-luxury hotels and residences including Atlantis, One&Only and Mazagan Resorts.

Her first working years were in hospitality operations, thereafter Natasha moved into Inventory Management and then onwards to Procurement. After successfully re-positioning Procurement at one of Kerzner’s iconic properties, One&Only Cape Town, Natasha moved to Dubai with her family in 2017 to join the global office team.

Since then Natasha’s achievements include developing Procurements brand promise, position Procurement strategically within the business to be agile and effective, integrating digital technology into processes and in creating a community between the Procurement professionals throughout the group.

Natasha finds herself regularly in change management situations and has a strong appeal for using data in her negotiations. She sees success when agreements have a balanced and win-win approach and finds joy in seeing people grow and develop within Procurement.

Natasha has qualifications in Computer Science and Business Management and is currently completing her professional qualification with CIPS.

Working as a Consultant David has delivered a number of major technology enabled transformation programs in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia with a focus on Procurement, SCM and Finance. David joined Oracle in 2019 where he supports customers to design and implement Procurement and ERP Solutions.

Farshad is a Senior Director in Oracle’s Customer Strategy & Insight team working with clients in Middle East. He brings over 12 years of business experience in strategy consulting and transformation programs having worked with organizations across the globe. At Oracle, Farshad works with our key clients across all industries to help develop & fine tune their technology strategy in accordance with their business plans, highlight improvements in core functional processes, design technology investment roadmaps and depict value of recommended solutions. Prior to Oracle, Farshad worked as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney in the EMEA region. Farshad holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Bachelors in Production Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.
