Prof. Dr. Erik Hofmann is a chain and operations management researcher (Dr. rer pol) specialized in procurement, supply chain finance, working capital management and industry 4.0. The experiences from operational planning and management consultancy form his pragmatic approach to research.

His goal is to continue advancing supply chain management (SCM) and procurement science and at the same time play an active role in helping companies and authorities to adapt to our changing environment by sharing my expertise.

Dominic Regan is the Senior Director for Oracle's Value Chain Execution portfolio across Western Europe including Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle Global Trade Management and Landed Cost Management.

Dominic is responsible for all Value Chain Execution sales development and business development activities. These include working with existing and potential customers in determining the business value and return on investment from deploying such solutions, as well developing Oracle's thought leadership position in this area.

The Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISCM-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen sees itself as an international platform for dialogue between science and practice in the areas of supply chain management, purchasing and transportation. In doing so, a link is formed between cutting-edge research and applied solutions on the one hand, and attractive continuing education as well as event offerings on the other.

ISCM-HSG studies complex problems of global value creation networks in the form of concepts, methods and instruments, thus furthering the continuous development of logistics management in industry, trade, services and the public sector. Furthermore, the knowledge development and transfer within an international network of renowned universities and institutes is encouraged.

ISCM-HSG
