Oracle Accelerate for Midsize Companies
Thank you for your interest in the Oracle Accelerate for Midsize Companies Solution Initiative.
Before proceeding with this application, please ensure that your company has a current Oracle PartnerNetwork Membership Agreement that was executed after November 14, 2009. Partners on older OPN Membership Agreements who are applying to the Oracle Accelerate for Midsize Companies Solution Initiative for the first time or whose Oracle Accelerate Addendum has lapsed will not be accepted . Talk to a Partner Business Consultant and select your country from the drop down menu.
Please review the criteria for the Oracle Accelerate for Midsize Companies Solution Initiative (the "Initiative") and the steps that must be performed in order to submit your Oracle Accelerate Addendum application to be considered:
- Your company must be a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork and in good standing.
- Your company must be at the Gold or Platinum level.
- Your company must be a System Integrator (SI), or a Value Added Reseller (VAR). Note: VARs must have active Full Use Distribution Agreement (FUDA) and Distribution Rights (or Applications Addendum if on a FUDA signed prior to November 2009) for the applicable applications brand if you will be distributing Oracle programs as part of an Oracle Accelerate Solution.
- Your company must be a current member of the Oracle Accelerate for Midsize Companies Knowledge Zone. If not currently a member, register to join. Note that a prerequisite to joining the Oracle Accelerate for Midsize Companies Knowledge Zone is to already be accepted in an Applications Knowledge Zone. - Complete the Oracle Accelerate Solution Application to gain initial approval to begin the review process.
- Publish your solution on cloud.oracle.com/marketplace
- Your company must then complete the Oracle Accelerate Addendum application to be considered. An authorized person within your company must review and accept the Oracle Accelerate Addendum to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement (the "Addendum").
- You must receive written notification from Oracle that the Addendum has been accepted by Oracle and that you have been accepted into this Initiative.
Accepting the Agreement
Prior to finalizing your application to participate in the Initiative you must accept the terms and conditions of the Addendum and your company must have previously applied for and been accepted to build a solution by your Oracle Channel Manager/Partner Manager and/or the Oracle Midsize Applications Program Office via the Application to Build an Oracle Accelerate Solution Application process. If your company has not yet applied for and been accepted by your Oracle Channel Manager/Partner Manager and/or the Accelerate Solutions Office, please do so now before continuing here.
Click here to download the Application to Build an Oracle Accelerate Solution. Before executing the addendum, you must receive notification from your Oracle Channel Manager/Partner Manager and/or the Oracle Midsize Applications Program Office that your application has been accepted t o begin your solution review once you have executed the Oracle Accelerate Addendum below. If your company's previously submitted application has been accepted, you must accept the terms and conditions of the Oracle Accelerate Addendum in order to proceed with building an Oracle Accelerate solution.
You will not be able to proceed with building an Oracle Accelerate solution until you have accepted the terms of the Addendum and Oracle has notified you indicating the Addendum has been accepted. Your acceptance of the Addendum does not mean that a contract has been entered into between your company and Oracle. If you accept the terms of the Addendum and Oracle accepts your Addendum, you will receive an email confirmation from Oracle and a copy of the accepted Addendum for your records.
Only upon your receipt of the accepted Addendum and notification that Oracle has accepted your addendum, will the Addendum constitute a legally binding contract.
Completing the Company Information Section
After you have accepted the Addendum and clicked the "Next" button, you will be directed to a page to enter additional information to participate in the Initiative.
Review the Oracle Accelerate Addendum to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement
To review the Addendum, select the country and language, if applicable, in which you will execute the Addendum from the table below. If there is not an Addendum for the country in which you are located listed below, contact your local Oracle Partner Business Center.
