Ms. Whalen was previously Senior Vice President of IT Executive, Industry, Software and Services Research & CIO Executive Council. In her 20 years at IDC, Ms. Whalen has innovated industry research practices with such offerings as the Industry Insights business units, advising vertical industry advising on technology strategy, and IDC's DecisionScape methodology, a portfolio of decision-making methodologies that enable professionals to better plan, deploy and optimize their technology initiatives. Ms. Whalen founded IDC's IT Executive Research programs and architected the industry's first and most comprehensive business use case taxonomy. She holds a B.A. with honors from Wellesley College and an M.B.A. with honors with from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Management.

Rondy Ng is senior vice president of applications development at Oracle with responsibility for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development, and product delivery for Oracle's ERP applications and cloud services.

Under Ng's leadership, Oracle has developed and delivered the new generation market-leading, enterprise-proven Oracle ERP Cloud, with rapid adoption from thousands of mid-sized and multinational enterprises worldwide since 2013.

Ng joined Oracle in 1990 and has held a variety of product development leadership positions. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Matthew (Matt) Bradley is senior vice president, product development for Enterprise Performance Management at Oracle.

Bradley is an experienced executive with global hands-on experience running large and small teams in product strategy and engineering. His current role covers Oracle’s EPM footprint—planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting, delivering both SaaS-based solutions as well as for the more traditional on-premises based deployments. He joined Oracle in 2007 as part of Oracle’s Hyperion acquisition.

As vice president, product development at Hyperion, Bradley helped lead the charge in establishing Hyperion as the market leader within EPM. Prior to joining Hyperion in 2000, he held several development lead positions at various medical information companies supporting EMR, Casemix analysis, decision support, and related subjects.

Bradley holds a degree in computer science from Queens University, Belfast. He started his career in information technology after graduating in 1989.
