Tim is a Principal with 22 years of experience based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He leads our largest Integrated Finance, Risk and Capital programs globally. Tim works with global universal banks and bank regulators to define and execute their strategic transformational programs.

Dr. Maxwell Zhu is the Head of Quantitative Analysis & Strategy, Corporate Treasury, BMO Harris Bank, N.A. Prior to joining BMO, Maxwell was Managing Director of CCAR PPNR Modeling and Risk Management at MUFG Union Bank. Previously he was Vice President for Pricing and Credit Valuation Analytics at Fannie Mae, focused on the pricing and valuation of mortgage guarantee assets and liabilities, valuation and impairment of stressed mortgage, valuation impact and strategies of mortgage modifications. Maxwell also worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Senior Vice President where he focused on Jumbo mortgage, home equity, and subprime portfolio management, management of purchased credit impaired mortgage portfolio, and mortgage servicing right (MSR) interest risk hedging analytics and strategy. He began his financial industry career at Citigroup Credit Card Services

Aynur Satıcı, CPA, MBA is currently working as Senior Vice President at Akbank. She is also serving in the Board of Directors of Ak Yatırım. She has 27 years of work experience in the Financial Services Sector. She worked for Citibank and Commercial Union Life Insurance and Pension company in the past. She has a B.Sc. and MBA degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a licensed CPA in Maryland, USA.

I am a senior business executive and Chartered Accountant (ACA) with extensive commercial experience within blue-chip international organisations. I have built a reputation for creating value and delivering business transformation through a clear strategic vision, strong people leadership, and embracing new technologies. My career has allowed me to develop a breadth of experience spanning commercial, finance, M&A, restructuring, audit, and risk while serving on multiple main Boards and sub-committees, including Chair of Audit Committee. In summary, I am a skilled and experienced leader, delivering success across multiple geographies and functions with wide spans of accountability.

Anil is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Analytics and Cognitive practice focused on Banking and Capital Markets. He partners and leads Banking clients to make strategic choices, grow revenues, drive cost optimization, improve profitability and achieve balance sheet efficiency through data modernization, analytics, AI, ML, Cloud, and core platform transformations. He drives outcomes using his advanced capability across finance, business, and technology transformations covering front, middle and back-office operations.
Anil has architected, implemented, and stood up operations for the entire data life cycle covering Master data, Instrument Data, Transactional, and Service data ensuring data and analytics drive tangible business outcomes. He has successfully taken large global Banks from the Legacy to Modernization path, Customer Centricity & Digitalization. Anil leads three strategic market offerings for Deloitte U.S. Banking practice - “IFRC - Integrated Finance, Risk, and Capital,”; “DataOps,” and “Data In Motion.”

Subhrajit Mukhopadhyay is currently the Executive Director of Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance. 
He manages Product, Finance, Corporate Planning, Actuarial and Risk Management in addition to overseeing Investment function.
He has a robust experience of over two and a half decades in the life insurance sector including a stint with LIC.
Prior to his current role, he was leading Actuarial and Product Development functions as Chief & Appointed Actuary since 2016. 
With an interest in diverse subjects ranging from risk management to product management, he is passionate about the evolving digital space, analysing customer behaviour and leading a high-performing team.
Subhrajit is a qualified actuary and a Fellow of Institute of Actuaries of India. He is a bookworm and loves watching movies. He is a sports enthusiast and his game of choice is Bridge. He has previously won Karnataka State Bridge Championship (Pairs).

Vinod is Financial Services Industry Solution Consulting Lead at Oracle for JAPAC, with focus on Financial Performance and Risk domains. His responsibilities include developing and delivering the strategy and solutions focus for the banking, capital markets and insurance industries across the region. Vinod works closely with industry-leading clients and strategic partners across JAPAC to help drive business transformation through data-driven innovation, adapt to evolving customer expectations and fast-moving markets, and meet security and compliance needs with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications & 7.1 Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Enterprise Cloud Service, including Data Architecture & Transformation, Open Banking, High Performance Computing for Quantitative Analysis & Risk Simulation, Regulatory Compliance and Reporting & Financial Crime Management.

Prior to joining Oracle, Vinod was with multiple Tier-1 Financial services companies. Vinod has been engaged with many bank transformations across the region largely in finance, risk & treasury, with clients in Australia, Japan, Singapore, India, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and others JAPAC countries. Vinod played a key role contributing to the Development & Solutioning of the Oracle ‘s Banking Reference Architecture covering Finance, Risk, Performance & Compliance. The architecture has delivered significant value to many hundreds of clients globally – G-SIBs, D-SIBs and others.

Vinod is a regular participant in various thought leadership activities within Oracle and customer engagements. He heads the AI adaption and strategic AI projects for the OFSAA stack of products. Currently focused and working on embedding AI as part of Finance and Risk applications to provide differentiated and value-added experience for users.

Currently, Chief Risk Control Officer for the corporate businesses at Yes Bank Limited and nearly 17 years of experience in Banking and Risk. Vast knowledge and experience in the areas of Enterprise Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Portfolio Risk Reporting, Model Risk Governance and Data Management. Oversee the entire enterprise risk management framework at Yes Bank which involves continuous surveillance of the ICAAP process including the risk appetite, risk based spread pricing and integrated stress testing. Also responsible for the model governance architecture and surveillance and the overall implementation of the Basel and IndAS credit risk framework. Was previously associated with ING Vysya Bank as part of its retail asset and operations. Have completed FRM from GARP (USA), cleared the Level III CFA (USA) and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, India.
