He leads strategic “value based customer advisory engagements” for HR and Finance Leadership teams, addressing business & technology questions, process maturity, benchmarks and cost-benefit analysis as a part of their move to adopt cloud based applications.

Before joining Oracle, he was the Head of consulting and professional advisory services at Thomson Reuters covering Data & Analytics Solutions covering global markets.

Prior to that Nelson was a senior management consultant serving customers through Strategy Consulting and Transaction Advisory (M&A) services respectively with McKinsey and Ernst & Young.

Prior to this he was VP Global HR Shared Services at Brambles Group where he was responsible for setting up and running Global HR Operations, Employee & Labour Relations, Recruitment, Payroll, HRIS (Workday & ServiceNow), and HR Projects & Reporting.

Before that Fraser was Director Finance Strategic Initiatives at Coca Cola Enterprises (CCE) which involved the design and setup of their Global Business Service Centre.

Fraser will give some rich insight into why GKN Automotive recently selected Oracle HCM Cloud as their platform of choice. He will discuss their challenges and the benefits he believes Oracle HCM will bring to their business.
