Come and learn from his experience of working on over 100 digital assistant projects. Anyone can built a bot, but only a few can build an AWESOME bot!

Apart from his work commitments, Rubén is a regular contributor to the Oracle community, and he maintains blogs in Spanish and English. Rubén is also a speaker in different events and conferences such as Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle Code One, Oracle PaaS Community Forum, OTN Tour EMEA and UKOUG Tech.

He has also set up and run a digital assistant centre of excellence researching development best practices for conversational digital assistants and using that knowledge to review and guide digital assistant developments.

He's been developing applications with Oracle for over 25 years and has more than 15 years of experience working in Enterprise Mobility and now AI Chatbots. He has practiced all aspects App development from concept to design, through to implementation. He’s just as comfortable discussing the business and commercial opportunities from adopting Chatbots as he is the solution architecture. He is a certified Enterprise Architect and has always focused on applying the latest technologies to solve business problems. In his spare time, he's also a passionate volunteer for Code Club (part of the Raspberry Pi foundation – codeclub.org.uk), helping primary school children build and develop their coding and IT skills.

Jürgen Kress an expert in PaaS and Middleware, Jürgen is member of the product management team and is responsible for Oracle’s integration and digital assistant partner business. He is the founder of the Oracle Integration and Developer Partner Communities, and the global Oracle Partner Advisory Councils. The PaaS & Middleware Partner Community is home to over 6,000 members internationally as Oracle’s most active and successful community, which Jürgen manages with monthly newsletters, webcasts, and conferences. He also hosts the annual PaaS & Middleware Partner Community Forums and PaaS & Middleware Summer Camps, where hundreds of partners receive product updates, roadmap insights, and hands-on training supplemented by a variety of Web 2.0 tools like Twitter, discussion forums, online communities, blogs, and wikis.
