Accepting the Addendum
Prior to finalizing your application to participate in this initiative, you must accept the terms and conditions of the Oracle Cloud Services Demonstration Access Addendum to the Oracle Partner Network Agreement ("Addendum"). You will not be able to submit the application form until you have accepted the terms of the Addendum. Your acceptance of the Addendum does not mean that a contract has been entered into between your company and Oracle. Accepting the addendum does not guarantee an environment will be available. If you accept the terms of the Addendum and Oracle accepts your application, you will receive an email confirmation from Oracle. Only upon your receipt of the email confirmation that Oracle has accepted your application, will the Addendum constitute a legally binding contract.

Review the Addendum
To review the Addendum, select the country, or language if applicable, in which you will execute the Addendum from the table below. If there is not an Addendum for the country in which you are located listed below, please click "I Will Execute" below and follow the directions described on the next page to obtain a copy of the Addendum for signature.
Note: If you are located in a country that is not listed below, checking the box that states "I ACCEPT" will not indicate your acceptance of the Addendum or complete your application, and Oracle will not be able to accept your application. You must check the box that states "I Will Execute" and then follow the instructions on the next page to execute the Addendum and return it to Oracle before your application to participate in the offering will be accepted.
