One Oracle and Government - fostering new forms of partnership

The past twelve months have been a reminder that the civil service is world class. Civil servants needed to improvise, adapt and innovate at scale. But to stay world class you cannot afford to stay still. Advances in technology, fiscal pressures and changes in society – including what people expect from government – already provided the incentive for efficiency and reform.

And then the coronavirus pandemic and the need to build back better added to those demands.

Senior leaders from Oracle are joined by colleagues from across Government, to discuss how we can jointly shape more resilient public services, create more rewarding ways of working and increase the productivity of government. Including through new forms of partnership, recognising that there is a natural intersection between the role of government and Oracle’s broader societal purpose.
