As part of the Scottish Government and Oracle license disaggregation, the Scottish Government purchased Oracle Cloud credits which are available for you to use.
Cloud Credits for IaaS and PaaS This package allows any organisation that was party to the disaggregated Oracle Technology Licences Support Contract to utilise Oracle’s cloud environment of either Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS).
This package took effect from end of February 2021. The Cloud Credits package will continue for 12 months, and, up to a certain limit, any organisation that wishes to utilise this will receive it free of charge. Should any organisation wish to continue using the Cloud Services after expiry of the 12 month period (February 2022) they will need to arrange a new separate agreement with Oracle.
The videos will provide you information on the services available to you, highlight how organisations are using cloud technology to their advantage and will demonstrate how you can utilise the Scottish Government’s purchased cloud credits. Oracle Partners Cintra and Inoapps will also showcase ways in which their customers are using and benefiting from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
