How does it work?

The only requirement is running an Oracle certified SQL script on your database environment which collects data from the database's diagnostic repository. It is necessary to follow a series of steps, the execution of which is fast, non-intrusive and does not compromise the privacy of your data. No user or confidential data will be extracted!
