Oracle Digital Assistant new features

The Visual Flow Designer is a visual tool for designing interactions between a skill and its users. The following topics contain the first things that you need to know. With the Visual Flow Designer, dialog flows are designed visually instead of through a code editor. The connections between states are represented in visual diagrams. Variables, parameters, and component properties are defined in specialized editors and dialogs.

Oracle Digital Assistant is an AI service that offers prebuilt skills and templates to create conversational experiences for your business applications and customers through text, chat, and voice interfaces. Application owners can easily get started with prebuilt skills to provide chatbot functionality to business users. Developers can build on the library of templates and create their own custom skills to automate the customer experiences.
