As an EBS HCM customer you will have become accustomed to receiving an annual Roll up patch (RUP) which is always the foundation for our annual statutory taxation updates. In addition we deliver any new features and functions via the RUP's in such a way that you can select if you wish to adopt the provided features in a way that works best for your organization. This session will cover what you can expect with Oracle Cloud HCM with how new features are made available, what your responsibilities are for testing those new features, how fixes are provided, and the regular quarterly update schedule. We will also cover what impact, if any, there is to users during those updates.

Ian Sterling has over 25 years experience working with Oracle EBS HCM products. Initially working in support for 5 years Ian moved to Development to head the Defect Resolution team for EBS HCM. This role grew to taking full ownership of the maintenance and development of the Core HR, Self Service HR, IRecruitment, Approvals Management Engine and Federal HR EBS modules. Ian is very customer-facing and engages with and sponsors many customers as they implement or upgrade their EBS systems as well as running Quarterly Meet the Experts Webinars with support where customers can ask any questions they like about the EBS HCM product Suit. Prior to joining Oracle Ian spent 10 years working for The Inland Revenue in the UK and supported the computerization of local Tax offices giving him a wealth of taxation experience.
