Robbin has spent most of his professional career designing and championing HR, Talent Management, CRM, and Workforce applications to customers of all sizes and industries. He began his journey with PeopleSoft in 1998 and has been involved with PeopleSoft applications either as a customer or in product management since release 7.0. He has worked as an analyst in a variety of functional areas including Approvals & Delegations, Analytics, Self Service, and Fluid. As Senior Director of PeopleSoft HCM Product Strategy, he and his team serve as a conduit between customers, partners, and the development organization to ensure user expectations are met with new PeopleSoft functionality. Robbin maintains a strong relationship with PeopleSoft customers and the partner ecosystem through customer visits, webinars, partner summits, customer advisory boards, special interest groups, user groups, and user conferences.
