Ted Wallace is Senior Vice President, Engineering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). He is responsible for driving and launching OCI’s new regions, as well as the acquisition, design and operations of OCI’s data centers. Ted also has responsibility for Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS) operations that has migrated hundreds of customers’ mission critical workloads to the cloud. Ted and his team also operate these workloads, building a strong partnership with their customers.
Prior to joining OCI, Ted was VP, Engineering for Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) because of the acquisition of BlueKai by Oracle in 2014. At BlueKai in in ODC, Ted was the VP of Engineering responsible a real-time data ingestion and delivery pipeline driving hundreds of thousands of requests per second and trillions of data transactions per day. Prior to BlueKai, Ted was a 12-year veteran of Amazon.com and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ted has more than 20 years of experience building and leading teams across the world and managing core web-scale services and infrastructure.

Mike Ottosson has been with Medallia since 2015 and serves as EVP and Chief Technology Officer. Mike has overall responsibility for Technology and Architecture and leads Engineering, Data Science, SaaS Operations, Security and Compliance.
Mike has 25 years of experience in Enterprise Software and previously held key positions at Oracle Corporation and Scandinavian Airlines. Most recently as Senior Vice President, Product Development at Oracle, managing a global, 1,000-person organization across 19 countries. At Oracle he led a diverse set of teams across such functions as Engineering and Architecture, Release Engineering, Quality Assurance, Globalization Engineering, Worldwide Product Translation and User Assistance. At Scandinavian Airlines, he oversaw some of the largest and most mission critical systems related to airline operations.
