Driving & aligning supply chain operational excellence.

How Atrium Health transformed to offer insights-driven value-based healthcare.

At a time when relentless change is the new normal, the back-office functions in too many healthcare institutions still struggle to improve productivity, manage rising healthcare costs, and provide a platform for efficiency and growth.

In this live webinar, Conrad Emmerich, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Atrium Health, will join Oracle’s Kristen Miles and Deloitte’s Melanie Reid as they share their experience on how the transition from manual and disconnected business systems to fully electronic and integrated — with the implementation of Oracle Cloud for Finance and Supply Chain — resulted in quantifiable business & IT benefits for the organisation.

Session moderated by Peter Williams, Healthcare Advisor at Oracle.

In this session you'll also learn about:
  • The business drivers behind Atrium Health’s optimisations, and the steps that proved critical to their success;

  • The common questions around improving key administrative functions, including how to break down business silos and gain better insights with data;

  • The roadmap for further innovations designed to improve healthcare provider supply chains, increase efficiencies and improve population health;

  • How Atrium Health is transforming healthcare operations to better track spending, resulting in lower overall healthcare costs and better patient outcomes.
