Irza Fauzan Suprapto is the Co-Founder and CEO of Industry Platform Pte. Ltd. The Singapore-based firm focuses on growth consulting for Global Civil Nuclear Power Generation and Southeast Asia Enterprise Technology.

Irza leads the firm’s Enterprise Technology consulting practice. Over the years his team has worked with government agencies in ASEAN, North Asia, Europe and the US to assess, plan and execute commercialisation strategies for their homegrown companies in key markets within ASEAN. The firm also works directly with large technology companies looking to increase their presence in the region.

Industry Platform owns and manages AIBP and NBP, education platforms for public and private enterprises in emerging economies which drive knowledge building on the links between clean energy, technology adoption and business/economic growth.

Prior to founding Industry platform, Irza worked at the Capital Markets Division of Nomura Securities and Lehman Brothers focusing on ASEAN markets. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Singapore Certified Management Consultant.

In his personal time, he is an avid sportsman who loves football. He believes in equal economic opportunities across borders and hopes to play an active role in equalizing access.

Michael brings 27+ years of experience in leading Supply Chain transformation initiatives, engaging with C-level executives in a number of industries including Consumer Products & Retail, High Tech, Transportation & Logistics, Project Industry and Industrial Manufacturing. He brings both the breadth and depth across SCM areas, having engaged with organizations across Asia Pacific, including Japan.

Before joining Oracle, Michael ran his own Supply Chain Management Consulting practice and Solution company. As managing director and CEO, Michael consulted multinational C-suite on SCM transformation and business expansion initiatives.

Michael’s work experience spans across roles in business development, process reengineering, large transformation project implementation and delivery (global and regional), and advisory services, having worked for Progress Software, Baan and EXE Technologies (now, both are part of INFOR). Michael also brings the SCM depth having ran global projects in ERP and SCM areas with i2, Manugistics (now, both are part of JDA) and many other related SCM solutions including integration of multiple Supply Chain Solutions into ERP, Retail, MRO and after-market.

Elim Sritaba is the Chief Sustainability Officer of Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), one of the leading forestry, pulp and paper companies globally. She was responsible for leading the implementation of APP’s Forest Conservation Policy (FCP) at Sinar Mas Forestry since its launch in 2013. Elim, was previously the Director of Strategic Corporate Relation & Human Resources at Sinar Mas Forestry, which manages APP’s pulpwood suppliers and in addition to that, she also led the coordination of three huge divisions consisting of communication strategy, government relation and sustainability. Elim has over 20 years of experience across finance, forestry as well as supply chain and business process management & business strategy.

Sherwin Nones has been with Integrated Micro-electronics Inc (IMI) – Ayala Group for the last 13 years, working in corporate strategy and marketing. He was an executive fellow and alumni in the Swedish Institute of Management Program in Asia for 2016, representing the Philippines. He also attained an Associate Level Certification at the Global Innovation Management (GIM) Institute in 2017. He finished a Masters in Business Administration in De La Salle University, Manila and was a graduate of Bachelor of Science of Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
