Sarah Matt leads the Oracle Health & AI vertical. She is responsible for ensuring Oracle Health & AI can effectively compete in the global cloud healthcare market. She is guiding the business to develop the right services needed by our healthcare customers and build industry partnerships and relationships to overcome barriers to adoption. Sarah started her career on the clinical side of healthcare as a trained surgeon with a fellowship in burns. Throughout her career, while she has moved from the bedside to the tech side of healthcare, her commitment to better outcomes for patients, better solutions for providers and more efficient and effective healthcare systems have never faltered. Dr. Matt has spent much of her career on the app side of the house working with NextGen Healthcare in the acute and ambulatory spaces developing EMRs, patient portals, and native mobile solutions. Most recently she headed product management and UX at ESO, serving the prehospital market (paramedics, firefighters, state EMS). Sarah brings a wealth of experience not just in healthcare but in product management, product ops and strategy. Sarah resides in Upstate NY and is found on the weekends hiking the woods of the finger lakes, and trout fishing with her family. Sarah still practices medicine and has been providing charity care for the uninsured for much of the last decade. Sarah received her BS in Biology from Cornell University, her MD from Upstate Medical University, and her MBA from the UT McCombs School of Business. She currently sits on the UT McCombs MBA Advisory Board and is an industry career consultant at UT deeply involved in mentoring MBA students.

Andy is the Accenture Leader globally responsible for our Healthcare business with Microsoft, previously leading the Provider Technology Consulting Practice across North America, and is the firm's global eHealth Solution Architect.  As such, he is responsible for defining, executing, and delivering innovative solutions for our clients to support clinical practice, interoperability, and the management, manipulation, and curation of data across healthcare.  A member of Accenture's Health Practice for many years, his experience has included the delivery of successful outcomes for Provider, Payer, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences clients around the world.  He regularly builds high performing teams within and in the service of our clients, and provides a broad lens across the many issues facing modern healthcare organizations.Andy serves the United States Federal Government as a Member of the Health IT Advisory Committee, the standards community as a Board Member of HL7 International, the US Health IT community as a Board Member of the Argonaut Project, and the cultural life of South Texas as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Houston Symphony.A graduate of the University of Wales, Andy lives in south Texas where he can often be found restoring classic cars, and plotting his next nautical adventure
