Rowan is an experienced and accomplished HR Executive and CIO having been a HR professional for nearly 30 years with 15 years as Chief HR Officer/HR Director for complex and listed organisations. He has worked with CEOs and Executive Teams to transform businesses culturally and digitally in the Telecommunications, Technology, Horticultural and Financial Services sectors. He was professionally recognised as New Zealand HR Person of the Year, is on the HR Institute of New Zealand Board and a Chartered Fellow of both the Australian and New Zealand HR Institutes.

He has a deep understanding and experience as an HR/OD practionner and strategist who has led digital HR transformations and has developed and delivered HR technology platforms, including migrating complex HR environments to the cloud.

As Senior Director, HR Transformation at Oracle, Rowan works with JAPAC HR Executives and their leadership teams to leverage HCM technology, to transform their businesses and lift employee experience. His passion is using innovation and technology to digitally reframe HR functions by maximising new technologies and improving talent experiences.

Rod Walkenhorst is a Competency Leader in the Oracle’s Human Capital Management group. Over the last 25, he has worked with HR technology vendors across a variety of countries and industries. Now based in Australia, Rod works with organisations looking to transform their people and culture functions with best-in-class technology from Oracle.

Russell is an experienced HR Program Manager with 15 years experience in Financial Services and consulting in Australia with Accenture, NAB and AMP. Russell has a broad HR transformation background having led complex strategic HR programs for M&A and divestitures, sourcing and procurement and technology implementations.

Russell has been at AMP for 9 years and has recently led the Oracle HCM implementation at AMP in Sydney, delivering multiple Oracle products and technology integrations over the last two years including HCM, recruitment, talent and performance, learning, guided learning, help desk and a pilot chatbot.

Prabir Jha, an alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi and XLRI Jamshedpur is the Founder & CEO of Prabir Jha People Advisory, a boutique platform for retained strategic advisory, talent search & executive coaching.

Combining an impeccable academic and professional record, in his stint as a civil servant, he handled the entire gamut of HR & IR issues of the Indian Ordnance Factories. On his switch to the corporate world after almost 10 years in the government, his initial HR years were with Thermax & TechMahindra. Thereafter, Prabir served on the executive team as the Global CHRO at two NYSE-listed Indian majors, Dr. Reddy’s and Tata Motors before moving to lead HR at another Fortune 500 giant as the Group CHRO of Reliance Industries Ltd., making him the only Indian to have headed the HR function of two Fortune 500 companies. Prior to starting his own advisory firm, he was the President & Global Chief People Officer at the pharma major, Cipla.

Prabir, a distinguished HR strategist, has handled all areas in HR, with special interest in Organisation Transformation,Talent Management, Executive Coaching, OD interventions, Global HR Strategy, Employer Branding and Leadership Capability Development.

Prabir has over the last many years been featured in the ‘List of Most Admired HR Professionals in India’ and has a number of awards to his credit, including a consistent Linkedin Power Profile. Among others, he is the recipient of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Medal, the Reckitt & Colman Award and the Citibank Leaders Award at XLRI, for the “highest level of academic performance, competence, originality, creativity, communication skills and leadership” as also the Director’s Medal in the Civil Services Foundation Course. I am passionate about building world class teams and I believe that by coaching and transforming people we are building future leaders for the world.Outside of my professional goals, my personal aspiration is to contribute to the cause of girl child education.

I along with some friends and mentors run a charity, Pumpkin Seeds and we hope to transform the lives of children.
