Oracle’s Women in Leadership: Engineering, Construction, and Energy virtual event series aims to create a community, network, and allyship for female executives in engineering, construction, and energy. Our inaugural event will bring these women together in an intimate setting to foster relationships and craft future conversation topics.

This will be a highly interactive and engaging conversation where we’ll share ideas and best practices. Participants will hear from Oracle executives, customers, partners, industry thought leaders, and influencers about topics including:

  • Their path to leadership and the risks they took to get there
  • Challenges and opportunities they faced during their digital transformation journeys
  • Their observations of industry trends and predictions for the year
  • Current industry challenges, such as labor shortages, supply chain issues, and more
