Aaron Hoile is an OCI Solution Specialist with a primary focus on Oracle’s Data Platform and AI solution portfolio across APAC. He’s passionate about helping organisations successfully adopt AI driven innovation initiatives.

Alain Floch is Director, OCI Solutions, Data Platform for Oracle in JAPAC. In this role Alain is leading and managing the Data Platform Solution Specialists team with a main focus on Analytics & Data Lakehouse (Data Warehouse & Data Lake) and Data Science Cloud solutions.

As a subject matter expert on Data Analytics, Data Lakehouse & Data Science Solutions, Alain helps organizations in JAPAC leverage all their data assets to be data & analytics driven, to innovate and to be more resilient. His passion is about data and how the right platform can help all organizations leverage data to be more competitive, achieve business growth and improve customers satisfaction.

Alain’s team is responsible for rolling out new product releases in JAPAC and assuring that the right Go to Market Initiatives and enablement are provided to the JAPAC teams on Oracle Modern Data Platform and Data Science.

Alain joined Oracle in 2007 through the Hyperion acquisition and has over 20 years’ experience in selling and implementing enterprise Data Platforms in multiple industries worldwide.

Greg Pavlik is senior vice-president for AI and data management services at Oracle. He is responsible for strategy, service definition and delivery across the company’s cloud portfolio. His goal is to provide the most capable and performant AI-centered solutions for the enterprise. Before joining Oracle Mr. Pavlik was chief product officer for Hortonworks, where he helped create the on-premises big-data industry from its early stages.

Kumar has worked in Oracle since 1999 and currently leads the development of a number of Oracle Data Platform solutions:

  • APEX Cloud Service
  • JSON Database Cloud Service
• Database product features
  • Multitenant that power Oracle Database Cloud and SaaS
  • Partitioning - Data management, ILM, Large scale database processing

He is also the architect for Oracle Multitenant and has led the development of Oracle DB Edition Based Redefinition, and Oracle DB kernel capabilities including dictionary, shared cursor, and SQL parser/semantic analysis areas.

Joshua Chua is responsible for the JAPAC GTM Strategy for Oracle Autonomous Database.

Having been with Oracle since 1997, he has previously held a number of leadership positions in APAC Business Development and ASEAN Sales Consulting.

In his previous role, he led the Business Development and Go To Market Strategy for Oracle Autonomous Database, Exadata CS, Data Integration and other DB Cloud Services in the APAC region.

Josh enjoys spending time with family, travelling and having a good meal with friends and colleagues.

Jayaram is a OCI – Data Platform Solution Specialist for the APAC region. With more than 15 years of experience in various roles in Data Warehousing and Modern Analytics, he loves articulating the power and value of a Modern Data Platform for informed decision making to have an edge over the competition.

Leo Leung is Group Vice President, Product Marketing, OCI and Oracle Technology. His team is responsible for go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and ISV solutions for product like OCI Supercluster, Dedicated Region, Oracle Cloud VMware Solution, and Oracle Database@Azure. He joined Oracle to help launch OCI in 2016. He’s an experienced product management and product marketing executive at both large and startup vendors, primarily in the data storage and infrastructure markets.
