Join our ORBR Partnership Manager to learn the history of the racing team, the challenges the team faces, and how the team uses Oracle technologies to overcome those challenges. With over 10 years’ experience working within the elite sports industry, Kat joined the Technical Partnerships Team at Oracle Red Bull Racing in May 2022, taking on the responsibility of managing key relationships with a number of Innovation Partners.
After leaving education, Kat started her career with Bath Rugby, working her way up through the ranks whilst cultivating a strong understanding of marketing and customer relationship management. In 2015, Kat moved to Manchester United Football Club, specialising in Partner Relationship Management. During her time in Manchester, Kat worked with numerous global brands, developing activation strategies and delivering on event project management.
Kat spent three years with Williams Racing, joining the historic Oxfordshire team in 2019 so is no stranger to Formula One, having overseen a diverse portfolio of technical partners and lifestyle brands whilst building a consolidated understanding of the principles of designing and building of a Formula One car.
The 2023 British Grand Prix is taking place July 7-9, 2023, in a safe and enjoyable environment at the Silverstone Circuit. July 7th is Practice Day. July 8th is Qualifying Day. July 9th is Race Day. For more details please visit the official Formula 1 website.
You should have received an invitation with a registration link from your Oracle Sales Representative. In order to be fully registered, we will need to obtain approval from your Authorized Executive Official for Gift Matters, Legal Counsel, or Ethics Officer for your participation, consistent with your organization’s business courtesy guidelines. Please provide the link to Oracle’s Business Courtesy Form to your Authorized Executive Official for Gift Matters. Once they complete the form and approve your attendance, your registration will be considered complete. Once registered, you will receive a Know Before You Go Email a few days before the race.
Upon arriving to breakfast at the Hellidon Lakes Hotel each morning, you will check in at the Oracle Hospitality Desk and receive a badge and your ticket. Please plan on wearing these throughout the weekend as it will be your access pass to the entire experience.
Attendees are responsible for travel to and from Silverstone, getting to the hotel, and the cost of their hotel rooms. Oracle will take care of everything once you get to the hotel (food, beverage, transportation to and from the track, Paddock Club tickets, and evening events)
Oracle does not provide transfers from airports to hotel. We recommend flying into London Heathrow.

Any personal hotel extension arrangements will be subject to hotel cancellation policies.
Yes, a week before the race, you will receive a Know Before You Go email with everything you need to prepare for your trip.
In the registration form you can select your hotel nights. Please note, Oracle has reserved a block of rooms at the Hellidon Lakes Hotel, however, upon check in, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the hotel.

Nightly Cost: £260 per night (plus taxes and resort fees, incidentals on own)

If you will be going to the Circuit on your own, please notify sydney.leopold@oracle.com. An event team member will meet you at the gates to give you your ORBR Paddock Club pass as all passes are physical, not digital.
Oracle guests have ORBR Paddock Club passes to the British Grand Prix. This gives you access to the ultimate vantage point on the track to watch the races, along with world class hospitality in a privatized and exclusive hospitality space overlooking the starting line. Outside of the ORBR Paddock Club, your pass gets you access to the general campus activities but not into other clubs or venues on campus.

To receive your ticket, you will need to meet the Event team at The Hellidon Lakes hotel for breakfast each morning. Tickets are physical and different for each day. If you have any questions or issues, please contact sydney.leopold@oracle.com.
Oracle prepares for attendees with many dietary requirements and we will make an effort to accommodate any special request. We cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill every appeal that diverges from standard special needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten/dairy free, etc.). Special meals are available on first come, first served basis, and some meals might be limited in quantity. Although there is not a dress code, we advise all guests to be dressed business/smart casual for the event along with wearing comfortable shoes.
