    Getting Started

  • When is the Mexico City Grand Prix scheduled to happen?

    The 2023 Mexico City Grand Prix is taking place Oct 27-29, 2023, in a safe and enjoyable environment at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriquez. October 27th is Practice Day. October 28th is Qualifying Day. October 29th is Race Day. For more details please visit the official Formula 1 website.

  • How do I register for the event?

    You should have received an invitation with a registration link from your Oracle Sales Representative. In order to be fully registered, we will need to obtain approval from your Authorized Executive Official for Gift Matters, Legal Counsel, or Ethics Officer for your participation, consistent with your organization’s business courtesy guidelines. Please provide the link to Oracle’s Business Courtesy Form to your Authorized Executive Official for Gift Matters. Once they complete the form and approve your attendance, your registration will be considered complete. Once registered, you will receive a Know Before You Go Email a few days before the race.

  • How do I attend the event?

    We look forward to seeing you at 8 am on Saturday, October 28th, and Sunday, October 29th, at the St. Regis Hotel in Mexico City.

    Upon your arrival, please present an official identification at the registration area. You will receive a badge and the access ticket to the Oracle Red Bull Racing Paddock. Please ensure that you wear them visibly at all times, as they will serve as your access pass for the entire experience.

    Oracle will provide transportation from the Hotel to the racetrack and back to the Hotel, as access to the Oracle Red Bull Racing Paddock is controlled.

    IMPORTANT: Access will only be granted to individuals over 18 years old with official identification.

  • What is covered by Oracle at this event?

    Attendees are responsible for traveling to and from Mexico City and for covering the cost of their accommodation.

    The Oracle Red Bull Racing executive experience for October 28th and 29th includes:

    Breakfast at the St. Regis Hotel Mexico City

  • What airport should I fly into?

    Oracle does not provide transfers from airports to hotel. We recommend flying into Mexico City's Benito Juarez International Airport.

  • I can no longer attend the event, what should I do?

    We’re sorry you’re not able to join us. Please cancel your registration via the cancellation form within your initial invitation or contact Events Team by emailing karla.sanchez.baca@oracle.com.

  • Is there parking available at the track?

    Here won't be individual parking available.

    We will provide transportation for you from Oracle Office to Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez and back to Oracle Office. The transportation we provide will be escorted by security personnel from Mexico City to expedite the transfer and has preferential access to Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.

  • How do I get to and from the Circuit during the F1 weekend?

    We will provide you with transportation from Hotel St Regis to Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez and back to Hotel St Regis. The transportation we provide will be escorted by security personnel from Mexico City to expedite the transfer and has preferential access to Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.

    We will have 2 return schedules to Hotel St Regis. An additional vehicle will be available to transport you in case of any unexpected circumstances.

  • If I get to the Circuit on my own, what do I do and where do I go?

    If you're planning to go to the Autódromo on your own, please get in touch with Karla Sanchez using any of the following methods:

    The access passes are physical and different each day. Therefore, we recommend that you meet with our team at the Oracle Office according to the schedule we have prepared for this Executive Experience.

  • What kind of pass do I have to the race?

    Oracle guests have Paddock Club passes for the Mexico City Grand Prix.
    This grants them access to the prime trackside location to watch the races, along with world-class hospitality in a private VIP area of Oracle Red Bull Racing. Outside of the Paddock Club, your pass provides access to the general activities of the Paddock Club, but not to other teams' areas or locations within the Autódromo.

  • Is there a race track schedule of events?

  • How do I get my tickets?

    Your ticket will be delivered to you on accreditation at the meeting point on the day of the event.

  • I have dietary requirements, how can I pass on these details?

    Oracle is prepared for attendees with many dietary requirements and will make an effort to accommodate any special requests. However, we cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill all requests that deviate from standard special needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.). Special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and some meals may have limited availability.   • Is there a dress code?

    Although there is not a dress code, we advise all guests to be dressed business/smart casual for the event along with wearing comfortable shoes.

  • Will I have access to materials shared at the event?

    At this exclusive event you’ll hear from both our Oracle Executives and the Oracle Red Bull Racing team. Unfortunately due to the high profile use case of our partnership with the team, slides will not be shared post-event.
