These teams support all HR functions and business groups within the EMEA organisation. Dianna champions more strategic workforce planning and the use of analytics and metric data to support engagement with employee representatives and has a passion for negotiation and its power to transform commercial and employee relationships and outcomes.

Since joining Oracle in 2007, Sarah has held various HR Business Partner and leadership roles supporting both global and regional lines of business, with specific expertise in business transformation. In her current role, Sarah and her team support senior sales leaders to develop People strategies that drive business value, and which motivate & engage Oracle’s talent to deliver against business strategy.

Leveraging data insights in their discussions allows the team to lead with evidence, and contributes to their ability to influence decision making across multiple aspects of the business and employee lifecycle.
