Oracle introduced the next generation of the Exadata engineered system platform for Oracle Database in June 2023. Now available on both Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer and Oracle Exadata Database Machine, the new Exadata X10M platforms feature 4th Gen AMD EPYC™ processors. These platforms deliver substantial performance improvements with up to 3X higher transaction throughput and up to 3.6X faster analytic queries than the previous generation, allowing Oracle Database workloads to run faster, with less energy consumption, and better price performance.
