Susannah is a Partner at the international law firm Pinsent Masons and Co-Head of Pinsent Masons' global Equality Law practice comprising over 35 Equality Lawyers and EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) experts from across the firm’s international network.
She has particular expertise in complex employment litigation, primarily high value, multi-strand cases, involving allegations of discrimination and is regularly instructed to act as an independent investigator in relation complex workplace disputes, particularly those involving EDI issues.
Susannah works in partnership with the firm’s dedicated EDI consultancy to deliver holistic ESG solutions to clients. She also leads the firm’s Pay Transparency specialism and has supported a large number of global businesses on their diversity data collection and pay gap reporting strategies.
Susannah practised in London before returning to Scotland and has undertaken secondments to a leading accountancy firm and a global plc in the Energy sector. She also sits on the Equality and Diversity Committee of the Law Society and is playing a leading role in driving gender pay equity and female progression in the legal sector.

Sarah is a German certified lawyer for employment law and Senior Associate at the international law firm Pinsent Masons. She advises companies in all areas of individual and collective labour law and represents national and international clients in labour and civil court proceedings throughout Germany.
One focus of her practice is advising on domestic and cross-border restructuring projects, including project coordination. In addition, Sarah advises employers on legal issues in the area of employee data protection.
Sarah regularly publishes contributions in specialist journals and gives presentations as well as in-house training courses and seminars on various employment law topics, among others on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion topics. She has also completed her training as a business mediator (MuCDR).

Amy Jaggers is a Principal Solution Engineer with Oracle's UK & Ireland Human Capital Management (HCM) applications team. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and has extensive experience in operational HR across EMEA. Prior to joining Oracle she led a global people transformation and HCM implementation programme. At Oracle she spends her time talking with HR leaders and their teams to ascertain their challenges and demonstrating solutions with Oracle Cloud HCM. She is also a wellbeing ambassador for the UK Oracle Women's Leadership programme.
