HR Change and Transformation Manager
Helen is an experienced HR, Change and Transformation Manager with a 20 year career spanning generalist HR, Project Management and Change Management; more recently focussing on Digital Transformation. She has extensive experience in a wide range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, NFP, leisure and tourism and legal. As an ex Head of HR, she understands both the challenges and opportunities that HR face as well as the project and people side of change that helps drive the delivery of strategic priorities. She is a CIPD qualified, PROSCI certified, PrinceII Agile and Enterprise Wide Change qualified practitioner. Helen was HR and Change Lead for implementing HCM and ERP Oracle modules and went live in May 2023.
