Regina leads the application and development of Qualitative and Behavioral Science expertise across commercial and RWE engagements in APAC. Regina has extensive experience in Market Insights & Intelligence and has held senior positions in Consultancy and Pharmaceutical MNCs where she partnered strategically with cross functional teams to plan, launch and optimize in-market product performance.
Regina’s passion and specialization is in innovative, evidence-based methods and frameworks to understand and change behaviour, as well as Implementation Science. She holds a MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of mental health from King’s college London IOPPN. She also volunteers with the Singapore Cancer Society and is an active Mindfulness based stress reduction practitioner.

Neeyor has over 18 years of experience in healthcare – spanning early clinical development to real-world late phase projects with a focus on the APAC region. Her RWE experience includes phase IV interventional studies, registries, retrospective studies, direct-to-patient studies, long-term follow-up and PASS studies as well as database and hybrid studies.
She holds a PhD and MPA from the National University of Singapore.

Jennifer is a Qualitative and Behavioural Science APAC regional champion with over 13 years of experience in marketing insights in commercial and real-world evidence. Jennifer holds a Behavioral Economics certification from the University of Toronto. She is passionate about adopting evidence-based frameworks and innovative approaches to understand human behaviour. Jennifer has partnered with both commercial and medical affairs clients to manage large scale projects in Diabetes, Rare Disease and Oncology.
