Senior Vice President, Product Development, Enterprise Performance Management Oracle
Matt Bradley is currently the SVP, Product Development for Enterprise Performance Management at Oracle.

Matt is an experienced executive with global hands on experience running large and small teams in product strategy and engineering. His current role covers Oracle’s EPM footprint – Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Consolidation and Management Reporting, delivering both SaaS based solutions as well as for the more traditional on premise based deployments. He joined Oracle in 2007 as part of Oracle’s Hyperion acquisition.

Hari Sankar

Hari Sankar

Group Vice President, Product Development, Enterprise Performance Management, Oracle
Hari Sankar is responsible for the product management of Oracle’s enterprise performance management applications. Mr. Sankar has been in the enterprise software technology and applications space for more than 20 years. In his current role at Oracle, he leads a team responsible for product strategy, definition, delivery, and go-to-market activities of Oracle’s industry-leading enterprise performance management applications.

Marc Seewald

VP of EPM Product Management, Oracle
Marc Seewald is a vice president of EPM Product Management at Oracle, and has 25+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). He has in-depth experience across the financial close, FP&A, tax reporting, AI/GenAI, and has worked with numerous Global 2000 companies. Marc joined Oracle 13 years ago and leads multiple product lines within Oracle EPM. Prior to joining Oracle, he was vice president of product management at Longview Solutions – a North American-based EPM software company.

Rich Wilkie

VP EPM Product Management, Oracle
Rich Wilkie has 25+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management with a focus on the Financial Close. He has experience developing both on-premises and cloud-based solutions for Global 2000 companies helping them achieve a world class connected close. Rich leads a team of product managers at Oracle covering several product areas including Account Reconciliations, Consolidations and Close and Reporting.

2024 marks Andy King’s 28th year working with Oracle EPM/Hyperion products as a client, partner and employee. He has led and delivered 100’s of solutions across many sectors and use cases. Having led partner organisations, practices, internal developments, implementations, delivery teams and pre-sale engagements he is now a Director of Product Management for EPM in the EMEA region. Andy helps manage the entire Planning suite alongside leading the Sustainability/ESG reporting and planning solutions.

Michel Schoolenaar

Michel Schoolenaar celebrates his 10th year at Oracle in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM products. As a Director of Product Management, Michel oversees a comprehensive range of solutions, including Statutory Reporting and Tax Reporting. He plays a pivotal role in managing Oracle’s entire close suite of products. Michel’s areas of expertise encompass Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, Tax Reporting, and Cloud Transformation.

Andreea Vasiliu

Andreea Vasiliu

Director Product Strategy, EPM, EMEA, Oracle
Andreea Vasiliu is a Product Strategy Director for Oracle focusing on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Hyperion. In her current role she is a champion for EPM in EMEA, driving the revenue growth of the EPM cloud services, supporting key deals, marketing programs, sales and partner readiness, while at the same time working with Hyperion on-premises customers.

Mrs. Vasiliu holds an Honours Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, Canada, a PhD in software quality and risk management and has worked 30 years in the EPM domain.
