One solution to support your value-based care contract needs

It is imperative that organizations understand their financial performance to support improvements across quality targets and risk adjustments for their value-based care (VBC) contracts.

Join us February 11th as we highlight and demonstrate three key capabilities of Oracle Health Clinical Intelligence:
  • Quality performance: Identify care gaps and prioritize interventions based on individual measure targets using Oracle Health’s artificial intelligence (AI) patient prioritization technology.
  • Diagnosis insights: Help drive appropriate coding for patient risk while capturing the presence of chronic conditions that require additional support and management.
  • Contract performance: Identify current trends around cost and utilization, risk scores, and quality measures to track contract performance across the performance year.
Come see how Oracle Health Clinical Intelligence is helping organizations improve patient care while managing cost.
