Sarah is an HR Transformation specialist who works with organisations across Europe and the Nordics, the UK, Middle East and Africa, to enable their HR transformation goals through the use of Oracle Cloud HCM; and also to realise their people analytics ambitions. She is experienced in developing and implementing HR strategies and technologies to drive organisational effectiveness; to enable the strategic change agendas of large global and matrixed organisations. Sarah also has experience in managing large scale business change globally from a HR point of view, including mergers, divestments and acquisitions.
Sarah’s based in Edinburgh, Scotland and before joining Oracle, gained deep and varied experience in a range of sectors including global financial services companies and the not-for-profit sector in the UK, Europe and AsiaPac, following an earlier career in international retail - having held leadership and change roles for The Body Shop and Gap Inc. She has a particular passion about employee experience and how it is optimised through modern HR operating models, cloud HR technology, including GenAI and HR analytics.
Her role at Oracle is to be a trusted advisor and sponsor for HR leaders and their functions throughout their transformation journey. She is dedicated to enabling HR teams to evolve their HR proposition for their organisation, as talent becomes an even greater driver of competitive advantage. She helps HR leaders and teams succeed in a world with new cost pressures, hybrid work models, ever-evolving employee expectations and new technology innovations.
In her spare time, Sarah volunteers for 'Compass' (www.wearecompass.org.uk) – an Edinburgh-based charity which specialises in therapy, support and providing a community for people living with MS and other long term neurological conditions.

Daniel has experience with HCM vendor selection, implementation, and solution design, all while applying a user-centric design approach.
Prior to joining Oracle, Daniel worked at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets, where he led the HR Solutions Team.
