More than fifty percent of the entire global workforce is composed of frontline workers who perform task-oriented and service-oriented roles. They have the responsibility to build products, face customers, answer service calls, and deliver. To help them meet these priorities, organizations need to take cognizance of their respective business models, expectations and aspiration of their frontline employee base, and the technology tools required, a good marriage of these three is what effectively runs a successful business.
