Kristiane is responsible for treasury product, sales enablement and operations as well as payments strategy for Zions. She was previously the Director of Banking Transformation where she was responsible for driving strategic, technology-enabled business transformation initiatives including a multi-year core and customer data transformation.

Prior to joining Zions in 2018, Kristiane was a Director in PwC's Digital Banking practice where she helped banks and financial technology companies envision and execute complex business transformation projects. In 2020 Kristiane was recognized by the Women Tech Council for Technology Transformation Excellence and named to American Banker’s NEXT Most Powerful Women in Banking list. In 2024 her team at Zions Bancorporation was recognized with American Banker’s Top Teams award for their successful completion of the company’s decade long core transformation.
