Usama Gill is Oracle's Vice President of Partner Program Management and is responsible for Oracle's ecosystem strategy and program design across Oracle's product portfolio, spanning all partner types including SIs, Resellers, Managed Services providers, Distributors, and Advisory partners. He also leads Oracle’s global partner operations teams, including onboarding and performance management, partner marketing, and partner assistance and support.
Usama joined Oracle in January 2024 and is a seasoned technology leader with 13+ years of consulting experience before Oracle across strategy, growth, ecosystem/channel, customer experience, and go-to-market.
He has deep experience in advising company leaders, across Growth Tech and Fortune 100 clients, to solve the most challenging strategic problems impacting their business.
