While the focus on building AI applications in the Autonomous AI Database has been searching, posing questions, and analyzing data in the database, many customers have been asking about transactional capabilities. That is, how can we 'do stuff' rather than just having their questions answered. The recent addition of the dbms_cloud_ai_agent package does just that, introducing the concept of teams, agents, tasks, and tools to do anything that pl/sql can do, but within a chat conversation with a language model.
This webinar will show working examples of using agents to search data, process product returns, analyze Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) logs, request and execute multiple steps in a workflow, and determine the status of and shut down or start up OCI services within a conversational flow, all purely within Autonomous AI Database without the need for other integrated services.
