Boyan Krosnov is a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of StorPool Storage, a company specializing in high-performance, high-reliability storage systems for public and private clouds. He is in charge of cloud infrastructure in the KVM ecosystem, helping small and large cloud operators build and maintain all aspects of their public and private clouds. Previously, Boyan has a background in software-defined networking and internet service providers. He was also a co-founder of a packet processing (SDN) company and built several service providers (ISPs, FTTH) from scratch.

As Director of Oracle VM Product Management, John is responsible for positioning and promoting the Oracle server virtualization product line and defining the roadmap for future product enhancements. John has more than 20 years of experience in the data communications industry working with Service Providers, Data Center Operators and Enterprise customers. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University
