She has played a key role in Oracle's evolution from a product-centric company to a service-oriented, AI-powered enterprise by helping transform the people, processes, data, and systems that enable Oracle to operate at global scale. Her work has simplified operations, standardized business processes, strengthened sales execution, improved data-driven decision-making, and reduced operational risk—including reducing recruiting time by 15%, accelerating finance forecast cycles by 20%, and eliminating half of seller administrative tasks.
Leah has overseen the integration of dozens of acquisitions representing more than $40 billion in transaction value, with responsibility for operating model alignment, systems integration, organizational readiness, and value realization.
She has also shaped Oracle's strategic communications, aligning employees, customers, partners, analysts, and the broader market around Oracle's strategy and transformation. Additionally, she led the creation of the Oracle Playbook, which captures Oracle's own cloud and AI transformation journey and translates it into practical guidance for organizations seeking to simplify operations, automate processes, improve decision-making, and achieve more with less.
