We are pleased to announce that on October 31st, 2016, Oracle Partner Store will release the following enhancements:
Deal Registration
Public Sector Deal Registrations – EMEA, APAC and Japan end users only
Partners registering resale opportunities for public sector customers in EMEA, APAC and Japan will now be able to complete the mandatory questions about planned or completed value-add activities directly in the deal registration form in Oracle Partner Store. The current requirement to provide this information via a separate web form will be removed.
Ordering
Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Services
Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Services is now available for quoting and ordering.
Credit Card Secure Acceptance
For credit card orders, partners will now be directed to the Secure Acceptance webpage in CyberSource,where they can enter their credit card details. This will reduce the need for OraclePartner Store to handle sensitive credit card data through the Oracle servers.
Restriction of Premier Support for Systems in Oracle indirect delivery countries
Functionality has been added for the indirect delivery countries (where Oracle System Support is not present) in order to disable the purchase of Premier Support for Systems for non Field Delivery Support Provider Partners. Only the authorized Field Delivery Support Provider Partners will have the ability to purchase this offering from Oracle. Other partners may purchase Premier Support for Operating Systems from Oracle and/or a hardware support contract from their local Field Delivery Support Provider.
Remove quantity restriction for ACS installations
Thestand-alone Memory Expansion Kit and disk drive upgrades which use ACS Installation (part # B63937) can now be ordered online. Partners can adjust the ACS Install quantity to 4 as per Oracle's pre-sales policy.
