Matthias is founder of Planetactive, one of the leading full-service digital agencies in the German-speaking markets servicing clients like Amazon, Lufthansa and T-Mobile. Planetactive was acquired by WPP in 2006.

Prior to Opower, Heather worked in the commercial energy management space and she received her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Colgate University.
