Chad Ihrig is the Supervisor of Residential Customer Programs at San Diego Gas & Electric Company. Chad is responsible for the implementation of the residential DSM programs, including the recent enhanced digital Opower offering to over 1.2 million customers and Marketplace integration. Before joining SDG&E Chad held various roles at Southern Company, which included leading efforts with both Opower and Nest. He has also previously held roles at Enron Global Markets and Valero Energy. Chad has an MBA from Auburn University.

She's designed the latest Agile EE solution and new paper and email Home Energy report. Prior to OPOWER, she spent time at frog design, IDEO, Nokia, and Ridejoy.
