Adam joined Surdell and Partners in 2005 following 13 years at Meridian Advertising in engineering and management roles. As Director of Customer Intelligence & Strategic Consulting, he helps direct Surdell and Partners' technology and business consultation practice and led development of our i3Retail Information System SM. Adam holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska. During his career he has held a variety of leadership positions in quality management, product development, operations management, information technology and consulting. He has been instrumental in increasing overall value to customers by improving quality, reducing cycle times, and developing and delivering customized services.

Prior to starting his 3rd SMB ― Brian Moran & Associates ― he was the Executive Director of Sales Development at the Wall Street Journal, overseeing the financial and small business markets across the WSJ franchise. Prior to that, Brian ran Veracle Media & Moran Media Group, was the Associate Publisher at Inc. Magazine, worked as a Publisher and Associate Publisher at Entrepreneur Media and held management positions at Success Magazine and Medical Economics Magazine. He currently sits on several boards of entrepreneurial organizations, including The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council.


Dain Hansen

Dain Hansen is senior director of product marketing for Oracle platform as a service (PaaS)and infrastructure as a service (IaaS). A leading cloud evangelist, Dain is responsible for driving marketing vision and strategy for cross platform solutions across Oracle's key public PaaS and IaaS offerings. These include key business solutions across Analytics, Security, Database Cloud, Big Data, and Middleware offerings. Previously to joining Oracle, Dain was Director of Product Marketing at BEA Systems for SOA integration and also led product management of AquaLogic Service Bus. Priorto BEA, Dain was a business analyst for both HP and Bechtel.

As the CTO, he is responsible for leading teams strategizing and delivering fully integrated strategic technology solutions that support today's digital business needs. Sri's focus remains on delivering innovation and value for Keste customers. Ayyeppen also leads the sales and operations teams across the country focused on next generation platforms like digital business, cloud solution, and modern data centers. Prior to Keste, Ayyeppen held senior engineering positions at EADS Telecom and GE Energy.
