Patrick Sullivan
Managing Director at Accenture
Biography: Pat leads Accenture's North American Oracle Business Group. He spends his time helping clients build solutions to current and future enterprise challenges that span hot topics such as gaining control of data, cloud integration, intelligent applications, New IT architecture and delivering business value from technology. His proudest accomplishment is his team, which is comprised of the world's top Oracle skilled technicians. Additionally, Pat is the executive sponsor for Accenture's Experienced Hire Program and the lead for the annual Accenture Technology Vision.
Pat started his career at IBM where he was a Mainframe Systems Engineer and a Certified Technical Architect, prior to joining IBM's management ranks. After serving nine years at IBM, he moved to Sun Microsystems and left for Accenture in early 2010. Pat holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology, Information & Decisions Sciences & Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and resides in Chicago with his wife and two sons.

Martin Paynter
Managing Director at Accenture Enkitec Group
Biography: Martin Paynter is part of the executive leadership team for Accenture Operations and responsible for the Oracle Engineered Systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure delivery practices. Martin has spent 14 years implementing and integrating Oracle technology solutions, specializing in the areas of Business Intelligence and the Oracle E-Business product suite and has also served as the Business Intelligence Co-Chair for the Dallas Oracle Users Group.
Prior to joining Accenture, Martin was the Delivery Practice Director with Enkitec LP, an Oracle Platinum Partner that was a worldwide leader in Oracle Exadata implementations. Additionally, Martin was the Business Intelligence Practice Manager and an Oracle Applications Developer at Centroid. He began his career as a Business Intelligence Practice Manager for Verigy. Martin received a BSBA degree in management information systems from the University of Texas at Dallas – Naveen Jindal School of Management.
