The documentation is available through MyOracleSupport to existing customers. The primary documentation provides an easily accessible description of Privacy and Security features on a per-product and per-service basis, using a common template. Additional documentation provides access to the list of Sub-processors used by Oracle and relating to Record of Processing, as required under the GDPR.
